Our quality management

The development of the MÜTRON retail store into a top distributor of electronic components in Northern Germany rests on a firm foundation: quality. Whether this is in catalogue distribution, in specialised sales or designing customer-specific system solutions, MÜTRON is committed to maximum quality on all levels within the company and its divisions. From cooperation with leading manufacturers, who rely on constant high quality and convenient, fast order handling, for instance via our online shop, through to services in the field of logistics.

For this, we were first awarded the ISO 9001 quality seal by TÜV Rheinland in 2002 and have since had our quality management system audited and confirmed on a regular basis. However, far more important for us than any kind of seal printed on paper, is the quality we observe in our daily work which our customers are able to see and feel. Our employees are competent, motivated and open to our customers' wishes. They have all set themselves the goal of steadily improving our services. And this is how they generate something which is proof of the quality we deliver: customer satisfaction.
